The Purchasing Administration team plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s purchasing operations. We are responsible for coordinating and managing purchasing activities to ensure the services, licenses, and warranties are acquired efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include processing and monitoring purchase orders, tracking deliveries, providing timely assistance to the internal business teams, and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers to enhance service levels and streamline operations.

What does the Purchasing Administrator do:

  • Assists in processing purchase orders and tracking order statuses to ensure timely delivery of goods and/or services

  • Communicates with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and pricing

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment around the purchasing activities 

  • Maintains reports to track the purchase order volume

  • Participates in initiatives and projects to enhance operations 

  • Works Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00

What you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in English

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to utilize various software and system tools essential for planning and analysis

  • Previous experience on a data processing role (Purchasing/Sales/Data administration) is considered an advantage

  • Detail-oriented person, with a focus on precision and accuracy

  • Efficiency in working with teams across different departments and functions.
