Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Manager located in the Sofia City Center. The Office Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, managing office equipment and overseeing office administration.

The position is also suitable for university students in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields who have completed at least their second year of studies and are looking for a long-term career path in the banking or financial sector. The role offers valuable exposure to the institutional and regulatory environment of the banking industry in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily administrative and organizational needs of the ABB office
  • Support the team and coordinate internal meetings and logistics
  • Communicate with member banks, external partners, and institutions
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and basic financial administration
  • Organize events, conferences, and board meetings
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Bulgarian and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, professional team
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of banking or financial services is considered an advantage
