This position supports the VP, Employee and Leadership Development.
We are seeking an individual who is known for professionalism, discretion, and collaboration. In addition, communication skills, tech savviness and attention to detail are essential.
What You Will Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP and two Directors
- Interact with a wide variety of internal and external partners on behalf of leadership and the team
- Handle travel arrangements and trip oversight
- Thoughtfully manage complex calendars over multiple time zones
- Provide administrative and office support as required, such as arranging office access, performing data entry, composing correspondence, and ordering supplies
- Plan and coordinate corporate events from conception to execution
- Partner effectively with peers to ensure effective distribution of work and office coverage
- Build presentations for executive audiences
- Gather, coordinate, categorize, interpret and conceptualize information and data; pull reports and maintain databases as needed
- Provide lead support for the Orlando DU office, including general office management in partnership with other Admins
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience supporting executives within corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; ideally familiar with emerging AI tools such as Co-Pilot
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Self-starter with good problem solving skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized; good project management skills
- Exceptional communication/writing skills
- Able to develop trusting and supportive working relationships with team and peers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an HR environment
- Experience with HCM systems
