Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential to maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment while providing administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

  • Schedule appointments and meetings

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling office supplies

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

  • Handle inquiries and provide general information about the company

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
