Manage Resource supply and demand effectively and efficiently to staff projects with the necessary capabilities and expertise. You will work with various parties within Accenture to accomplish this, these include: Consultants, Sales, Practice Leads, HR Partners, Schedulers from other regions, and your Region Scheduling Lead.

What you'll do:
· Align consultant expertise with project requirements, considering career aspirations
· Collaborate with leaders to forecast and fulfill resource needs
· Maintain accurate, reliable scheduling data and generate reports
· Contribute to the enhancement of scheduling systems and processes
· Support HR initiatives in recruitment, training, and development
· Provide mentorship on professional development and resume building
· Coordinate cross-regional assignments, conducting searches across the candidate supply pool to fuflill open project demands
Skills and experiences
· Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
· Goal-driven with a sense of urgency and ownership
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Independent, decisive, and works well under pressure
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience in Project Management, Consulting, Recruiting, or HR
· English and French knowledge
