Main Responsibilities:

Reporting, Compliance, and Analytical
- Evaluate and analyze revenue and cogs actual vs budget /forecast.
- Prepare OPEX analysis and ensure accruals are accounted for with proper documentation.
- Prepare the schedule of prepaid expenses, Capitalization of assets, maintaining Fixed Asset register, and monthly amortization.
- Provide analytical support and commentary to the entity controller during the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with tax /local laws like Income Tax, VAT & WHT returns.
- Assist in the analysis of financial data, extracts, and define relevant information.
- Creation of financial models to help /support business needs.

Accounts Payable
- Ensure timely booking of Vendor Invoices and payment.
- Pass bank entries in the accounting system
- Apply the payments against the open invoices.
- Prepare the bank documentation for foreign remittances (If Any)
- Liaise for Legal or statutory certification.
- Liaise with banks for any remittance-related queries.
- Interco billing and reconciliation
- Prepare cash flow and access funding requirements.

Payroll
- Verify employee claims and process the payment.
- Liaise with HR and payroll consultant for payroll finalization.
- Support to entity controller in closing statutory audits/financials.
- Ensure Payroll is processed on time and accounted for along with statutory payments. Verifying F&F of exit employees.

Requirements

A Bachelors Degree or higher in Accounting & Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or other relevant fields
3-5 years of experience within the field
Strong proficiency and knowledge of Accounting, Tax, and Compliance.
A Finance Graduate with relevant years of experience or CA/CA-inter is a strong plus.
