AR Coordinator

Position Summary

Manages the accounting operations for AR E-store and reporting of all financial transactions in accordance with the local regulatory and company requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensures correct open items / invoices are cleared ( i.e. clear open items and post advance receipt
• Issue AR Credit/ Debit memos in Financial , as required by Headquarter and local guidelines
• Checks the cases of cash refunds to the customer and determines if the amount is correct and if the refund criteria have been met or not
• Prepares the necessary accounting records and related supporting documentation
• Reconcile account balances and transactions posted on the accounts
• Issue and monitor the process of issuing invoices
• Prepares activity-specific reports and reports according to deadlines
• Trade in process management and other Estore business processes
• Performs the activities specific to the closing of the month according to the established deadlines
• Coordinates from finance side and participates in implementation of different E-store projects
• Supervises the operational activity of junior members

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Around 5-7 years of previous experience in a similar role
• Advanced English language skills
• Problem solving mindset and analytical skills
• Strive for customer satisfaction
• Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS) & a knack for database administration.
