Work you’ll do Join Accenture’s Network Engineering team and launch your career in telecommunications! As a Junior Mobile Network Specialist, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals, work on cutting-edge projects, and help optimize the mobile networks of tomorrow. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with network performance analysis to ensure seamless Voice, Data, and 5G services. Supporting the design and review of mobile networks, including RAN, core, and transport domains. Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to identify opportunities for network improvement. Conduct in-depth performance analysis of srive tests to evaluate and optimize mobile network quality and user experience. Learning to implement and fine-tune network features to enhance performance. Contributing to technical reporting and presenting findings to team members and stakeholders. Collaborating with senior experts to enhance your knowledge and technical skills in network optimization. Who we’re looking for We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for technology and telecommunications. Education: Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of wireless technologies such as NR, LTE, WCDMA, or GSM. Interest in network optimization and performance improvement. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn. Flexibility: Willingness to learn on the job and embrace new challenges.
