Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing information to customers regarding the products on the website;
  • Assisting customers with returns, refunds, delivery information, and other order related inquiries;
  • Supporting clients regarding their online orders or payment difficulties;
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
