Main Responsibilities:
- Providing information to customers regarding the products on the website;
- Assisting customers with returns, refunds, delivery information, and other order related inquiries;
- Supporting clients regarding their online orders or payment difficulties;
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
