<p>We’re looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead one of our core product engineering teams, responsible for shipping our protocol, API, and web and mobile apps. Your work will directly impact millions of users interacting with our products.</p>

<h2>Who we're looking for</h2>
<p>We’re looking for a senior data/ML engineer to join our new Discovery team, with the aim to surface high-quality recommendations for creators and content across the platform. Your work will directly impact the end user experience of our product, building feedback loops to make Zora a better, more engaging place for creators and traders.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, build, and iterate on retrieval and ranking pipelines that power discovery surfaces across the product, like feed, explore, search, and future ML-driven features</li>
<li>Shape evaluation loops by defining high-signal metrics, designing A/B tests, and adjusting weights based on outcomes</li>
<li>Build and maintain discovery surfaces for the API, used by the product as well as external partners</li>
