WHAT YOU WILL DO:<ul><li>Analyze customer requirements and derive suitable hardware solutions</li><li>Create the electrical concept and schematics</li><li>Define requirements for motor control software and interfacing hardware components including voltage and current sensors, power stages, resolvers etc.</li><li>Run simulations and analysis of designed circuits</li><li>Component selection, Bill of Material preparation</li><li>Test plan creation, test setup definition, test execution and report creation</li><li>Run evaluation tests on prototypes and test designed hardware against requirements</li><li>Participate in international and multi-site projects</li><li>Follow routine procedures and best practices in related engineering tasks</li><li>Troubleshoot design problems (functional, EMC, reliability etc.) and determining solutions</li><li>Create product documentation including deratings, performace specification and inputs for reliability assessement, DFMA/PFMA etc.</li></ul>WHAT YOU WILL NEED:<ul><li>Bachelor or Master of Science degree in electronics or related</li><li>6+ years of experience in electronics engineering</li><li>Proven experience in complex analog and digital circuits design</li><li>Knowledge of fundamentals of electric motors and drive systems analysis, modeling and control</li><li>Working level experience with Matlab/Simulink, PLECS or similar tools is appreciated</li><li>Practical knowledge of simulation tools (PSpice or similar) and design tools (Mentor Graphics, Altium)</li><li>Proven experience as active memeber in minimum one full cycle of project (from requirements to indutrializaiton)</li><li>Experience with safety-driven development processes (e.g. DO-254 or ISO 26262 based)</li><li>Experience in using of common lab tools including Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, etc</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills; ability to operate in the international project team</li><li>Good English and Polish languages skills; able to explain technical topics</li><li>Aerospace, Medical or Automotive background is welcome</li></ul>WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:<ul><li>Salary range from 15 500 to 23 500 – depending on experience</li><li>Private health insurance, life and accident insurance, and a MyBenefit/Multikafeteria package</li><li>Participate in the company performance bonus program</li><li>Remuneration structure based on creative works (KUP 50%)</li><li>PPK payment account up to 4% of your compensation, depending on seniority</li><li>Hybrid work model</li><li>Employee Benefit Fund</li><li>Meal vouchers</li><li>Experienced team and professional development</li><li>Working on solutions that help implement technologies for the future of aviation (hydrogen technologies, More Electric Next Generation Aircrafts)</li></ul>
