<p>At Voltron Data, we’re building the future of composable data systems—fueled by open standards, next-gen hardware, and the Apache Arrow ecosystem. We’re looking for a <strong>Senior Staff Software Engineer</strong> to push the boundaries of data infrastructure and lead the development of high-performance, distributed, and scalable systems.</p>

<p>Design, build, and optimize core components of our Arrow-native query engine (Theseus), contributing to performance-critical data systems.</p>
</li>

<p>Drive architectural decisions across C++, Arrow, Substrait, and related open standards.</p>

<p>Collaborate with compiler, systems, and GPU engineers to accelerate workloads across heterogeneous compute environments (CPU, GPU, etc.).</p>
