<li>Drive high standards for internal services and open-source tools, ensuring reliability and scalability.</li>
<li>Deploy services and infrastructure changes frequently in an agile environment using full CI/CD pipelines.</li>
<li>Contribute to product development across ideation, customer engagement, planning, design, execution, and operational excellence.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and UX researchers.</li>
<li>Mentor junior engineers, balancing customer delivery with high coding and infrastructure standards.</li>
<li>Apply innovative problem-solving approaches and validate both your ideas and those of your teammates.</li>
<li>Define success for your team and the features you help build and ship.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

<p><strong>You Have:</strong></p>

<li>Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Golang, Java, C, Node.js, or Ruby on Rails.</li>
<li>Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.</li>
<li>Curiosity and a desire to understand how things work, with the ability to get to the root of complex problems.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>
