<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who we are ?</b></b></span></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p>We are Pierre Fabre Bulgaria, part of Pierre Fabre Laboratories - a solid international company with 60 years of pharmaceutical expertise, proud inventor of dermo-cosmetics.</p><p></p><p>We are engaged in taking care of life by designing and developing innovative solutions inspired by consumers and patients and contributing to the well-being of everyone from health to beauty.</p><p></p><p>In Bulgaria, we are well known with our dermo-cosmetic brands: Avene, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, Rene Furterer, Elgydium, and Eludril.</p><p></p><p>We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Your mission</b></b></span></h1><p>Au sein du réseau d’une Marque, développer la connaissance, l'image, la notoriété dans le but de favoriser l'écoulement des produits (sell out) d’une des marques du groupe sur un secteur donné<br>-Assurer la formation du personnel des PdV/pharmacies et des comptes hors officines aux produits, conseils associés et/ou cas de comptoir en présentiel ou en distanciel en fonction de la stratégie formation définie par la Direction<br>- Réaliser des animations à destination du consommateur<br>-Par la création d'un relationnel fort et professionnel, motiver et impliquer les équipes officinales sur le conseil des produits en réalisant du coaching et en mettant en place des actions d'engagement à la vente<br>-Organiser et animer des relations publiques (Soirées de formation, ateliers, demie journée, journée de formation…) en présentiel ou en distanciel<br>-Assurer régulièrement les remontées terrain sur les produits Pierre Fabre et la concurrence<br>- Travailler en synergie avec les autres membres de l'équipe Pierre Fabre encharge du secteur (KAM, Merch, Délégués commerciaux) pour remonter les <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">informations/besoins/problématiques</span> des Points de ventes du secteur<br>- Contribuer à la conception/Adapter les supports de formation</p><p></p><p></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><p><i>Under the responsibility of Export Area Director based in HQ France, and within a team of 9 people, you are participating in the development of our international activities withing the South East Europe Export Area. </i></p><p><i>You are in charge of providing training for DCPC brands and products, the environment of these products and communication / marketing techniques to our commercial targets (pharmacists, pharmacy staff, healthcare professionals) and the Pierre Fabre teams of our distributors &amp; partners (marketing managers, product managers, MSL, sales representatives, medical representatives, trainers, …).&nbsp;</i></p><p><i>You contribute to the development of knowledge of brands, products and services. You promote the development of sales by organizing scientific and commercial conferences, training and advisory actions for product managers, commercial teams, sales representatives of our business partners teams. </i></p><p><i>Punctually and eventually, you are able also to provide trainings to Pierre Fabre Dermatology products. </i></p><p></p><p>More specifically, and after training by HQ Training department you:</p><p></p><ul><li>Prepare, organize and run training sessions with distributors / partners for different targets ;</li><li>Prepare, organize and run our exchange and training sessions specific to the card at the request of the country with our distributors training relays in France and / or in situ ;</li><li>Finalize and format the training materials based on the elements made available by the Group Training Department.</li><li>Plan and ensure the follow-up of training actions.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation of international or local medico-marketing events;</li><li>Follow up on the implementation of post marketing studies, phases IV</li><li>Prepare, participate, and lead the annual zone seminar and lead presentations at international local launches &amp; events.</li><li>Make a periodic report of the comprehensive training activity as well as discuss the management indicators of the training activities in the area</li><li>Are in charge of the building and supervision of the local trainings plans of our partners and distributors.</li></ul><p></p><p><i>As part of your job, you are required to travel frequently on the international scale (1 to 2 weeks per month) in South &amp; Eastern Europe.
