We’re looking for a People Partner to join us at the heart of Hiveon. We're a product-focused team of nearly 80 people — building fast, learning constantly, and working closely across functions to make big things happen. You’ll help shape that experience by partnering with the business team, team leads, and the whole crew to keep building an environment where people can thrive.

<li>You’re a full-spectrum People Partner. From onboarding and probation to performance, feedback, and exits — you’ve got it covered, and you know how to make it all work for the people and the business.</li>
<li>You have 4+ years of experience as a People Partner (or in a similar HR/People Ops role).</li>
<li>You know what it’s like to work in a product company, and you brought energy to it. You improved processes, tested ideas, and didn’t settle for “just the way it is.”</li>
<li>You stay on top of tech trends and use modern tools — including AI — to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.</li>
<li>You have experience in a fast-paced product environment.</li>
<li>You’re proficient in HRIS platforms.</li>

<li>HR systems navigation. Assisting employees in utilizing the HiBob platform and managing access controls via Jira.</li>
<li>Event coordination. Organizing team-building activities, business trips, and conference participations.</li>
<li>Process development. Designing and refining HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.</li>
<li>Employee support. Serving as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.</li>
