About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM) based in EMEA to own and grow relationships with Brightfield’s most strategic customers in the region. This role is responsible for ensuring successful onboarding, driving platform adoption, and maximizing customer value and retention across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and proactive relationship builder with a proven track record in enterprise account management, preferably in a SaaS and product-led environment. They are a trusted advisor who can lead executive conversations, guide adoption practices, and identify opportunities for expansion. The Sr. CSM will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data &amp; Analytics, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and ensure ongoing success with Brightfield’s TDX platform.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Own a portfolio of EMEA-based enterprise accounts, driving successful onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal.</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders and executives by delivering insights, recommendations, and tailored guidance aligned to their goals.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Sales to identify and support expansion and upsell opportunities, as well as to ensure seamless renewals.</li>
<li>Conduct and deliver high-impact touchpoints including Quarterly Business Reviews, product roadmap sessions, and usage reporting.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate and resolve account risks, ensuring alignment on customer goals and challenges.</li>
<li>Track and report on customer health, usage trends, and business outcomes to inform proactive account strategies.</li>
<li>Champion customers internally, influencing product direction and service improvements based on customer feedback and needs.</li>
<li>Develop and refine customer success best practices, tools, and playbooks to continuously improve the customer experience.</li>
<li>Actively contribute to executive engagement programs and customer advocacy initiatives.</li>
</ul>
Who You Are
<ul>
<li>Experienced in managing enterprise customer relationships across the EMEA region, with a focus on delivering measurable value and driving retention and growth.</li>
<li>Skilled in communicating with both business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.</li>
<li>Confident in navigating complex organizations and identifying use cases that drive broader adoption.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, able to align internal resources around customer goals.</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven, and high-growth SaaS environment.</li>
<li>Organized and accountable, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
What You’ve Done
<ul>
<li>8+ years of B2B experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or related roles within high-growth, global SaaS companies.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in a product-led or consumption-based model with a focus on enterprise customers.</li>
<li>Proven track record of building and maintaining executive-level relationships internally and externally.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience delivering customer-facing presentations.</li>
<li>Experience working with customers across EMEA and an understanding of regional business nuances and cultural considerations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Salesforce and customer engagement tools; experience with project management platforms is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience in Contingent Workforce and / or Services Procurement is a plus.</li>

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Channel &amp; Partner Management to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, enabling, and managing relationships with Brightfield’s partner ecosystem—that span across technology, MSPs, and global services organizations—who influence or directly support our customers in the human capital and extended workforce industry. Your mission is to accelerate Brightfield’s growth and market reach through a thriving partner ecosystem.
This is a quota-carrying role, accountable for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings. You will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, customer success, and product to ensure partners are aligned, activated, and empowered to drive mutual success.
What You’ll Do

<li>Source, evaluate, onboard, and activate new partners that align with Brightfield’s go-to-market strategy to help scale the partner ecosystem.</li>
<li>Collaborate with partners on co-selling strategies, lead generation, and opportunity execution to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.</li>
<li>Define shared objectives and develop joint business plans with key partners, including go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Build and deliver GTM strategy and enablement programs that equip partners to effectively position and sell Brightfield’s solutions.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for the partner ecosystem.</li>
<li>Track key performance metrics, measure ROI, and lead regular business reviews to ensure alignment and optimize partner performance.</li>
<li>Represent partner needs and feedback internally to influence Brightfield’s product roadmap and strategic initiatives.</li>

Who You Are
<ul>
<li>A strategic, collaborative operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and excels at building lasting partner relationships</li>
<li>Experienced in SaaS and/or B2B enterprise software with a solid understanding of co-sell dynamics and indirect revenue models</li>
<li>Commercially minded and goal-oriented, with the ability to align partner strategy to pipeline growth and revenue performance</li>
<li>A strong communicator and influencer, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels—internally and externally</li>
<li>Highly organized, data-driven, and proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems</li>
</ul>
What You’ve Done:

<li>10+ years of experience in partner/channel sales, alliances, or business development, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software</li>
<li>Proven success in building and managing partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue</li>
<li>Experience developing joint business plans, executing co-marketing campaigns, and leading QBRs with partners</li>
<li>Familiarity with workforce analytics, HR technology, procurement software, or services spend management is a plus</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required</li>
